Getting a clean measurement
- Prop your phone against a wall about 3–4 meters (10–13 feet) back.
- Your whole body — head to feet — must be in frame, in decent light.
- Stand still for a beat before the countdown, jump straight up, and land the way you took off. Keeping your legs straight in the air gives the most accurate number.
Subscription & billing
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. To manage or cancel: Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → JumpHigh. For refunds, use Apple's Report a Problem page.
